“One day, I was at the gym without my glasses and I asked a young woman if I could borrow her eyes to help me put my lock on my locker. She cheerily and easily helped me. When I told her that she looked like she was in great shape, Chinyere stated that she was a trainer. My orthopedic doctor had suggested that I build up muscle, particularly in my legs. I asked Chinyere if she would train me. That was how our 5-year training relationship and friendship began. Chinyere has many different skill sets. Her lovely smile is contagious.
