MILITARY BOOTCAMP: An intense fitness program that is geared towards the person who is active duty in the military! This class incorporates everything that is needed to pass the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) or the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT).
This Bootcamp pushes the person in active duty to build Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardio Endurance, Speed, Power, Agility, Balance, Flexibility, Coordination & Reaction Time. ONE-ON-ONE: This is for the client who prefers private sessions with the trainer. The One-On-One gives the client a great advantage because he/she gets the trainer's full attention. In this case the trainer can assess the client's every form, alignment, capabilities and more. The private session is also great for the client who has any form of special joint problems such as hip, knee, back etc and needs modified workouts to heal effectively.
