ONE-ON-ONE: This is for the client who prefers private sessions with the trainer. The One-On-One gives the client a great advantage because he/she gets the trainer's full attention. In this case the trainer can assess the client's every form, alignment, capabilities and more. The private session is also great for the client who has any form of special joint problems such as hip, knee, back etc and needs modified workouts to heal effectively.
