When the music hits you would not want to stop!!! This class will make you sweat, feel uninhibited, sexy and energized!
ZUMBA: You will groove to the beats of salsa, flamenco and merengue music which will feel more like a dance party than a workout! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tones the body! Zumba willleave you wanting for more!
HIP-HOP:A street dance style dance fitness performed to Hip-Hop music. It includes many different styles of dance movements which has evolved as part of the Hip-Hop culture. It will make you feel like creatingyour own rhythm and style!
