FALL BOOTCAMP 

Fall  Bootcamps


Join Body by Chinyere's Fall Bootcamp.

This is a 12 week intense program for individuals looking to get fit, lose weight, tone muscles, and build stamina, endurance and flexibility.


Participants will meet twice per week for a 1-hour intense workout session.

Saturdays        8:30 am

250+ Bootcamp
October 2nd - December 20th
Tuesdays 6:00 pm
Thursdays 6:00 pm
